Importance of The Good Way in Breathing For Our Health

Most of us have not realized that by setting the correct breathing can cause health effects to the body. As we know that in the process of respiration (breathing), a process of inhaling the breath (inspiration) and exhalation of breath (expiration) where the indirect air when we breathe we inhale Ogsigen through the nasal cavity, pharynx, esophagus and branch ends in alveoli, and then ogsigen we breathe will be binding by hemoglobin in the blood that will be distributed throughout the body's cells to burn food in the process of metabolism.

By simple logic, the more the air we breathe the more useful ogsigen intake for metabolic processes. But the reality we experience and encounter, most of us often forget or do not even realize the importance of setting the breath to preserve, maintain and improve our health condition.

Many of us have met some people who try to train as if the breath to breath more and more accustomed to maximize the settings for health. For example: the practitioners of Yoga, Gymnastics Tai Chi and Chi Kung Shaolin style. Where it all meant in processing of breath that serves to health.

One of the health tips in training for treating respiratory health:

1. Sitting cross-legged position or in a chair, positioned in the tail bone to bone
straight neck.
2. Relax, Relax by the whole body of
head to toe.
3. Inhale, hold, blowpipes. (count in five second for every activity)

Holding the breath function:
"While holding his breath, blood will lack ogsigen, at that time was the greater increase of blood hemoglobin (Hb)." Where the function is to bind hemoglobin ogsigen is absorbed through the lungs to be distributed to all body cells "
So when we breathe normally, we're getting a lot of blood hemoglobin.
"When holding my breath, jaringan2 throughout our body will lack oxygen, so the blood vessels will grow. This will smooth the flow of blood when we breathe normally again"
